Like Mike Cancels Tomorrowland Shows and Takes Touring Break for Health

Like Mike — one half of Belgian duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike — has cancelled a run of upcoming performances, including his Tomorrowland 2026 Mainstage slot on 18 July, to take a break from touring and focus on his health.

The announcement came on 17 July, a day before the duo were due on the Boom Mainstage. "I've been dealing with health challenges," he wrote. "I've made the difficult decision to take a break from touring for the next months so I can fully focus on my recovery."

He acknowledged the weight of cancelling a hometown Tomorrowland appearance: "Cancelling these shows, including Tomorrowland, is a decision I have not made lightly."

Dimitri Vegas continues solo

His brother will carry the scheduled dates alone. "My brother Dimitri will continue doing what he does best and will keep bringing the energy to every stage," Like Mike said.

He was also clear that this is a touring pause, not an exit: "I'm not stepping away from music. I'll continue being creative in the studio."

No return date has been given beyond "the next months." Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have been Tomorrowland fixtures for well over a decade, making this one of the more notable absences from a weekend that has already seen a fireworks ban and the reveal of a Las Vegas edition for 2027.
