Tomorrowland Officially Confirms Its Return to Ibiza in 2027

Tomorrowland is officially going back to Ibiza in 2027. The confirmation came in the most Tomorrowland way possible — spelled out on the festival's entrance destination board during Weekend 2 in Boom on 27 July 2026.

The display listed Ibiza alongside Belgium, Brazil, France, Las Vegas and Thailand as 2027 destinations, turning what had been rumour into an on-site confirmation seen by hundreds of thousands of attendees.

What's still unknown

Plenty. Tomorrowland currently runs a residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza for the 2026 season, but it is not yet confirmed whether the 2027 return continues through Ushuaïa or launches as a new concept entirely. Full dates, formats and lineups have not been announced.

A bigger Ibiza play

The Ibiza confirmation lines up with reports that Tomorrowland is planning to open its own hotel on the island in 2027 — and follows the reveal of Las Vegas as a 2027 destination. Taken together, they point to a brand steadily converting its two-weekend Belgian event into a year-round global operation, with Ibiza as a permanent anchor rather than a guest appearance.
