Amnesia Ibiza Marks 50 Years With a 50-Track Compilation Across 10 Vinyls

Amnesia Ibiza is turning 50, and it is marking the occasion the way a club with that much history should: 50 tracks, across either 10 vinyl records or 5 CDs. Pre-orders opened on 11 July 2026.

What's on it

The tracklist is deliberately sprawling, because the club's history is. Eric Prydz's 'Pjanoo' sits alongside New Order's 'Blue Monday' and Chic's 'Good Times', with Hot Natured, Alter Ego, Donna Summer, Paul van Dyk, Fred again.., Robert Miles, Laurent Garnier, Binary Finary and Candi Staton all featured.

As the club puts it, the collection is "a proper snapshot of what Amnesia has been across five decades: a place where disco, house, trance, techno and everything in between meet under one roof."

Fifty years of context

The anniversary lands in a strange moment for Ibiza. The same month, the island's council confirmed it plans to freeze new nightclub licences under its Tourism Intervention Plan — a measure that leaves Amnesia and its peers as a closed set of survivors rather than one generation among many.

The club also hosted Jean-Michel Jarre for the first time as part of the celebrations.
