John Summit's Experts Only residency night at UNVRS Ibiza was called off after a power outage struck the island's newest superclub — with a large crowd already inside.
The 23 July cancellation cut short one of the most anticipated nights of Summit's Ibiza run. An electrical failure made it impossible to continue, and the event was pulled after fans had already arrived.
Refunds unclear
At the time of writing, neither UNVRS nor Summit's team had confirmed ticket refunds or a reschedule, with attendees advised to watch official channels for updates.
Growing pains for a first-year venue
UNVRS opened this season as one of Ibiza's flagship new rooms and has hosted the likes of Armin van Buuren and Carl Cox already — but a mid-event power cut is exactly the kind of teething problem a brand-new venue dreads. It caps a bruising stretch for Summit himself, who has also been at the centre of the 'Missing' remix dispute with Pete Tong this month.
