Skrillex and MPH Release Long-Teased UK Garage Collaboration 'Mirage'

Skrillex and MPH have finally released 'Mirage', the UK garage collaboration they've been teasing since spring. It's out 16 August 2026 via DisOrder/Capitol.
First previewed by MPH at EDC Las Vegas in May 2026, 'Mirage' leans hard into UK garage — driving drums, sputtering bass, warped vocal chops and bouncing synth lines — built around a sample of Red Rat's early-2000s dancehall cut 'ShellyAnn'.
Made in an afternoon
For all the anticipation, the track came together fast and loose. The pair recorded it in a single afternoon, passing a laptop back and forth. "Skrillex would do some bits and pass the laptop to me," MPH said. "I'd do some bits and, pretty soon, we'd married our sounds together."
The result pairs MPH's UK garage instincts with Skrillex's sound design — another entry in a hugely prolific 2026 for Skrillex, who this summer also went b2b with Four Tet at Kappa FuturFestival and released 'Rumpta' with Solomun.
